trong đợt có nhiều vụ trấn áp tự do tư tưởng, tự do ngôn luận
& tự do xuất bản gần đây (từ tháng 2 đến hôm nay, 24-4 HB7 [2007]):
Nếu người đọc cho rằng có những bài thuộc vào loại "chưa thích hợp để công bố rộng rãi ở thời điểm này, vì lí do chính trị", vui lòng gửi thư viết tay, điện thư hoặc gọi điện thoại đến tác giả (trong thư có kí tên [đóng dấu, nếu có] và địa chỉ; hoặc, qua điện thoại, cảm phiền xưng tên, cho biết địa chỉ và số điện thoại) một cách quang minh chính đại. Và cách thức quang minh chính đại nhất, đó là đưa đề nghị cụ thể (tên tác giả, tên bài, link) và lí do cụ thể lên báo chí công khai.
